At Pilates Studio 1, all sessions are by appointment only to ensure a personalized experience. If you're interested in joining a group class, please note that instructor approval is required—this helps us maintain the highest level of safety and support.

Group classes must be booked online only, while appointments (private or semi-private) can be scheduled online, by phone (561) 493-4966, email, or by texting your instructor directly. We look forward to helping you find the perfect fit for your Pilates journey!

PRIVATE SESSIONS

One on one sessions with a Certified Pilates Instructor. Your workout will be tailored to suit your fitness level, experience, injuries, and goals. Our highly qualified instructors have the knowledge to accommodate clients with various injuries. Private Pilates lessons are the fastest and most effective way to achieve your personal physical objectives. We include a combination of all Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Mat exercises to ensure you get the most of your personal Pilates regime

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Two students to one Certified Pilates Instructor. Semi-Private sessions are for friends, couples or partners with similar goals that would like to work out together. Your workout will be tailored to suit your fitness level, experience, injuries, and goals. Our highly qualified instructors have the knowledge to accommodate clients with various injuries. If you are looking to enjoy the benefits of personalized instruction, semi-privates are a cost effective way for you to get the most of your workout. Your instructor will guide you through a challenging and invigorating workout using the Pilates equipment.

GROUP MAT CLASSES

Our Group Mat Classes are designed for students who have a strong foundation in Pilates and are ready to deepen their practice. These classes emphasize both physical intensity and mental focus, offering a dynamic and challenging experience. Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure personalized attention and quality instruction. Instructor approval is required for all group mat classes to ensure a safe and effective experience for everyone. Currently, we offer intermediate-level mat classes on Saturdays.

GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASSES

Our Group Equipment Classes are designed for intermediate to advanced students who are confident in Pilates fundamentals and equipment setup.


Reformer Classes – These sessions use only the Reformer and are limited to four participants. They focus on flow, precision, and form, providing a challenging and focused full-body workout.

Equipment Classes – These sessions incorporate a variety of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Tower, and Chair, as well as other fitness tools. Designed to enhance strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance, these small-group classes are also limited to six participants to ensure personalized instruction.

STUDIO POLICIES

NEW CLIENTS

  • New Client Forms must be completed, signed, and dated before your first session.
  • Your instructor will review these forms with you prior to class to address any questions or concerns.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment.
  • All sessions are by appointment only – call us at 561-493-4966 or Book Online to schedule.

SCHEDULING & PAYMENT

  • Pre-payment is required for all Private, Semi-Private, and Group sessions.
  • Please register online or call before attending any class.
  • All sessions—Private, Semi-Private, and Group—are 55 minutes in length.
  • Schedule is subject to change; clients with pre-paid reservations will be notified of any changes.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Private & Semi-Private Sessions: 24-hour cancellation required to avoid full charge. You may cancel online, by phone (561) 493-4966, via email at info@pilatesstudio1.com, or by texting your instructor directly.
  • Group Classes: 12-hour online ONLY cancellation required to avoid full charge.
  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

GROUP CLASSES

  • Due to safety considerations, only intermediate and advanced clients approved by a Pilates Studio 1 instructor may join Equipment Classes.
  • New to equipment classes? Start with our Welcome to Pilates Special.
  • All group classes are 55 minutes in length.

STUDIO GUIDELINES

  • Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio.
  • Sticky socks are required during all exercise sessions.
  • Inform us of any changes in medication, diet, lifestyle, or health.
  • Attendance twice weekly is recommended for best results and safety.
  • Filtered water is available on-site.
  • Illness or injury may require your doctor's approval to resume exercise.

NEW TO PILATES STUDIO 1?

Please complete our New Client Intake Form before your first appointment. This form helps us tailor your sessions to your goals and physical needs, and it’s required for all new clients. Be sure to fill out all sections completely.
